The Uttarakhand government has eased travel restrictions for tourists in its latest travel guidelines. As per Uttarakhand's new travel guidelines, all the people coming from other states have to register themselves on the Smart City web portal a few days before their travel and must carry covid negative report(RT-PCR).

Guidelines like wearing masks, maintaining social distance, thermal scanning, and sanitization are however mandatory like the rest of the country. In case a tourist is found COVID-19 positive, the hotel authorities will have to inform the district administration
